Trailer Jack – JW350B6Z
A Jockey wheel a retractable adjustable-height wheel used on the front of trailers. The jockey wheel is situated close to the towing hitch and has a built-in screw jack to enable the trailer nose to be lifted over the tow ball of a car or other powered vehicle. The screw jack can then be used to gently lower the trailer nose onto the tow ball. Jockey wheel made from solid Galvanized steel: Φ51mm tube and Φ44mm inner tube. Crank handle with a red knob for suitable operation. Solid Steel wheel rim features a 152 x 50mm rubber tyre. Features a Static load capacity of 350kg. 250mm travel designed to be adjusted for different towing height. Galvanized for good rust protection. U-bolt not included.
Warnning: Each Jack will be sampled before put into crates. the key parts will be 100% tested during assembly. Necessary testing items include:
● Static Capacity (1.40 times than lifting capacity)
● Lifting Capacity
● Full Travel (under force and by motor)
● Salt spray testing for zinc parts (≥72 hours)
● Product life cycle ( ≥250 times up and down)
